Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code and open the camera in their phone’s browser. No app or account needed to join.
How many photos can guests take per event?
Free rolls include up to 5 guests with 10 shots each. Micro supports 10 guests and Small supports 25, with 20 shots per guest on both paid plans. Larger plans are not currently available.
When do photos reveal to guests?
You choose the reveal time during setup. Photos stay hidden from guests until the reveal, then everyone can open the shared gallery.
What happens to photos after the event?
After reveal, open the event gallery to view and download your photos. Your host dashboard also offers a full album download.
Can I try it before creating an event?

Does it work on Android?
Yes. The camera runs in any modern mobile browser, so guests join the same way on Android and iPhone.
